Lemon White Chocolate Crunch
8 oz. Lemon Crunch
1 lb. Merckens or Peter's White Chocolate Melting Wafers
Lay parchment paper over a cookie sheet.
Add white chocolate to microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
Add Lemon Crunch and mix to combine.
Pour onto parchement paper.
Chill or air dry until firm. Break apart and serve.
